Shipping and transport
We ship all over Italy with express courier (the smaller islands, Venice Lagoon and other unfavoured locations have a higher cost and a personalized quote is required).
Also buying more objects the transport costs remain unchanged to 9 euros for Italy.
We advise you to add your mobile phone number to write it on the shipping bubble so as to favor delivery from the courier. You can still follow the shipment through the tracking number we will notify you as soon as the forwarder takes the delivery directly to the courier's sites. In case of payment with Paypal the goods will be shipped exclusively to the visible address on the payment for the protection buyer/sale and will be your care to vary it before the completion of the purchase, if you wish to receive the delivery in another place (e.g. place of work). In case of shipment with incorrect address for your mistake, you will be charged with a subsequent return.
The boxes are adequately large and your items are well protected. We recommend that you always check the external aspect of the package and in case there is damage, bruises or openings to the goods accepted the packages in such a way as to be able to rival the carrier.
As with civil code, the goods travel at the risk of the buyer if you do not choose the delivery insured and in case of ammancs and damages we do not consider responsible once the shipment to the courier is entrusted. The listings in the title and/or description indicate a product not immediately available for shipping. In this way you will have the opportunity to reserve the copy of your favorite products announced by the respective manufacturers at fixed and often discounted prices, without having the risk of remaining without or paying them more than due cause the price increase according to the poor availability of the same. In case of non-payment and no contact within 5 days we will cancel the order. The balance will be paid when the product is available for shipping, or not more than 10 days later. In case of cancellation at this point the deposit will be held.

In the remote event of cancellation of the output of the product or of considerable cuts of the quantities, where it is not possible to guarantee the number of pre-ordered copies we will refund you the entire amount paid.

Return information
Pursuant to Art. 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
The communication must be addressed within 10 working days of receipt of the goods, at the e-mail address info@japanpassion.it. The goods will have to be returned NEW SIGILLATI (obviously in case of sale of new items) and BEN IMBALLED to EVITATE DANNI DA TRANSPORT to care and expenses of the customer within 10 working days from the date of communication of the withdrawal. Ensure the integrity of the goods, you will refund the entire amount paid. Refunds are not accepted for damages attributable to the transport, as the objects will always travel with an excellent packaging, for any damages from the courier is available optional insurance with a small increase of 3 euros, in case of damaged outside box it is always advisable to accept the package "with reservation".
